Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Billing errors: If you have been overcharged or charged in error, you are entitled to a full refund of the difference.
- Unresolved technical issues: If our team is unable to resolve a technical fault on our side that materially prevents you from using the service, you may be eligible for a refund.
- Installation or performance issues: If, after following our official setup guides and working with our support team, the service still cannot be installed or streams remain persistently unusable due to a fault on our side.
- Cancellation within the trial window: Cancellations made within the trial window described below.
Outside of the situations above, refunds are granted only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Trial Period Exception: Within 7 days of your purchase, you may cancel your subscription and request a refund of 80% of the total amount paid. The 20% deduction covers taxes, payment-processor fees and administrative costs that we cannot recover.

Refund Approval & Processing
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be initiated promptly. Refunds are always returned via the original payment method used at checkout (card, bank transfer, or crypto wallet).
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution — this can typically range from a few business days for card payments to slightly longer for bank transfers or crypto refunds. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
