1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "the subscriber") and British Sub ("we", "us", "our"), operating at getbritishsub.live. By purchasing, activating, or using our subscription you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

British Sub provides access to a live TV and video-on-demand streaming platform delivered over the internet. The service offers channel lists, EPG data, and VOD libraries which are licensed and delivered through third-party infrastructure.

Entertainment purposes only. British Sub is a technical access service. It is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure their use of the service complies with the copyright, broadcasting and consumer laws of their country of residence.

Once payment is confirmed we will send activation details to the email or WhatsApp number you provided, normally within a few minutes and up to a maximum of 12 hours. Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details. We are not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information or spam filters.

8. Content & Third-Party Streams

Channel line-ups, VOD titles and EPG data are provided as-is and are subject to change without notice due to licensing, geographic restrictions, or upstream provider changes. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel, event, or title.

9. Availability & Uptime

We target 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, upstream provider outages, internet routing issues, and force-majeure events may temporarily affect availability. Extended verified outages will be credited by extending your subscription period.

10. Intellectual Property

The British Sub brand, website design, logos, and original content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, adapt or reuse them without our written permission. All third-party content available through the service remains the property of its respective rights holders.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period during which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time; however you will not receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription unless clause 6 applies. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payment, or if we are legally required to do so.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. If we make material changes we will notify existing subscribers by email or via a website notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
